Stopped at this bar (La Caterina) on 5th avenue, asked for a beer and some guacamole... out comes the folding table and ingredients. The waiter prepared it just in front of us!

Also, bar... mexican love of the death symbols... I told the owner the joke about the skeleton who walks into a bar and asks:
"Waiter; bring me a beer, and a mop!".

He roared to this one.
