I agree with everyone - this is an incredible dog portrait. He looks so majestic and proud - and your shot is beautifully lit, the texture of his fur looks like velvet. Makes me want to pet him. Voted.

I'm voting, of course. This is one of the best dog portraits I've seen on pbase -- ever. I agree with yogi about the cropping, but geeze...this is amazing.

Gosh, this is just a perfect profile portrait. I think if you cropped the pic more, emphasize more on the face rather than the crumpled fabric, a bit more contrast, it would be perfect.. to me LOL!! Nevertheless, you captured something beautifl.
