Common Mestra (Mestra amymone)
I loved the pictures. I have Brock's cat book and
they all look like Mestra caterpillars. They have a
green dorsal oblong patch.

The Red Rim is described as having a tan V-shaped
dorsal mark toward the rear. Head horns twice as long
as Mestra.
