10/2 - Round & Round

State Fair of Texas, Dallas Tx view map

What would the fair be without some hair raising rides? More photos in my State Fair of Texas Gallery.

Edit: After reading Micheal's gentle reminder below about a tool I used to use all the time
but had forgotten recently, I have redone this to pull more detail out of the interior of the cars.
Thanks Michael!

And yes, I have once again fallen way behind. My respect for those of you with kids (especially very
young ones) and with jobs who manage to both shoot and post a PAD daily continues to grow.

The sad thing is, last year Bob pointed this ride out to me and said "Look, they have a Stargate!"
I've never been able to look at it the same way since.....

OOO! I love the rides!!! Husband doesn't trust them and hates me riding them though.

Hi Bob. Great great capture and fine composition as well.... now if you an use Photoshop's shadow/highlight tool selectively on the contenets of the cars, to get the details of the folks riding in them, this would have been a totally amazing shot. But even without that, this is still a terrific shot. All my best, Michael.
