Shanedel's Inn is where we stayed. It's a basic bed-and-breakfast place, no bells, no frills, and for the price none were expected. But it probably has the best location of all, with a commanding view of the sea and the island's commercial port.

The rooms were quaint, clean, and odor-free, and so were the toilets. The hosts were very friendly and the food very good. (They don't have hot water on tap, but I was told that onsite wi-fi was just installed.)
