A short distance outside the city of Chieng Mai is an oasis of a place words struggle describe. It's a modern 6-star resort hotel built in the architectural style reminiscent of the ancient Lana culture. Walking its grounds, you feel transported to another place, from another time. Impressed? I could have stayed a week and still find something worth photographing. But alas, there are just not enough hours in a day to live the life we sometimes encounter in our dreams.
