This infant osprey was sighted watching for its mother to return. Its nest is quite large; made of a bulky mass of sticks and debris atop a tall utility pole near the south bridge leaving Estero Island, Ft. Myers, Florida. Many manmade nests platforms were observed along the highway and in Lovers Key.
