Once all fabric is in place an iron is used to heat tension it.
It starts with a setting of 250 degrees f. then again at 300 and one final setting of 350 degrees.
This brings the fabric up to a drum like tightness.
After the tension is complete reinforcing tapes are glued to the fabric surface at every location where it contacts the frame.
