Additional comment -- Note that you do not have any pictures of the lighthouse on Cape Hatteras. The lighthouse on Cape Hatteras has a spiral black/white pattern, like a barber pole - this is the Bodie Island lighthouse located on Bodie Island, just south of Nags Head, in Cape Hatteras National Seashore - note the black/white circular pattern.

Hello- Bodie Island Light House is located just south of Nags Head, NC on Bodie Island, in the Cape Hatteras National Seashore Park. It is not located in "Cape Hatteras" - Cape Hatteras National Seashore Park covers 3 islands: Bodie Island, where this lighthouse is located; Pea Island, where the Cape Hatteras lighthouse is located, as well as Cape Hatteras Village; and Ocracoke Island, where the Ocracoke Village and lighthouse are located. BTW, great pictures. I am from Bodie Island, Kill Devil Hills.
