Unlike Oslo, there is no option to use cash with a human toll collector or even a basket in which to throw coins. Once you get close enough to realize this you're committed and have pretty much no option but to go through. For tourists visiting in rental cars that don't have electronic payment cards this is a problem. I'm still waiting for the bill....
