I wish I knew who made this beautiful paperweight but it's not signed unfortunately. It features a classic design that is covered with gorgeous rainbow opalescence. It's awesome in hand but hard to capture in pics, but you can see it best in the 3rd pic. It flashes as you move it around in your hand, so cool!
