If I remember correctly, Stephen is a European glass artist who made a few marbles which my friend was able to acquire back in the early 2000's. I've got a number of different snakeskin designs from various artist, but this is definitely one of my favorites, I love the bright colors! That big airtrap in there is cool as well!
