Mark Eckstrand is a very highly respected sculptural glass artist who focuses on creating amazing sea life out of glass. Bright, cheerful and realistic, his glass will bring a huge smile to your face. I love to incorporate his pieces into my marble displays containing sea life, with jellyfish and octopi marbles and such. VERY sweet glass displays in the end! This little urchin has ingenious little rubber spikes on it that look very real, with the added benefit of not poking you or risking damage. AND it's clutching a marble on top - it can't get much better than that! Signed 'ME 2002'.
