This is Steve's classic marble style, the redwood scene taken from his surroundings in Northern California. A full moon shines brightly in the background, with an amazing array of stars going back into the depths of the marble, which is a REALLY cool effect (made from silver shavings placed in the glass). Beautiful and as classic as they come! Steve uses a layering technique to bring about these scenes, giving wonderful depth to what you see in the marble, really awesome in hand. Another definite must for the collection! This marble is a bit out of round, which is typical for Steve's marbles, but displays beautifully. Signed 'Steve Hitt 13'.
