Here is another entry from one of Dave's most complex murrine series, the Day of the Dead Girls! If you're a fan like I am of 'Dia de Los Muertos', then you're definitely going to need a complete set of these fantastic marbles with haunting images! These marbles consist of a murrine slice backed by glow glass, with crystal clear lenses on each side of the marble. This is a rare double sider with 2 of the girls, including the orange lady which I've never sold before. She is surrounded by opal pieces to keep her blinging away in the light. BUT, if you turn off the lights, both of these ladies continue to glow! Dave incorporated glow glass into the designs, powered by both regular and black lights, and the glow pics were taken in complete darkness. How cool is THAT?! Woohoo! Super killer marble!
