Many of you will be familiar with Sean from the space marbles he makes - some of the most realistic nebulas and galaxies in glass that the world has ever seen, making you think you're truly, ACTUALLY looking at a window into real space. His glass work is truly spectacular and incredible, and now he has moved into another shapely glass realm - that of the spinning top!!

Sean is making the best shaped glass tops which I've seen to date, and they spin really well for glass tops. One of the coolest innovations that Sean came up with is to grind the outer ring of the stem in order to roughen it up and give us that grip we need to spin them better. It is brilliant, one of those things where I asked myself WHY didn't I think of that after I saw it, ha ha. His tops are absolutely gorgeous while spinning. Sean has a variety of glass styles he is using to create his tops - from the most complex galaxy spinners that have a fully worked galaxy inside the rotor, to the star spinners that are chock full of silver fumed stars, to crushed opal, UV, and finally various colored glass tops. They are a blast to play with, and incredibly beautiful while spinning...or while just sitting there!
