Here's a very early flower marble from John, back when he used to occasionally include backings behind the flowers. It's not signed, pre-2003. The backdrop inclusion he created is very unique, with an alien feel to it. And, I know it's a little thing, but if you look at the last pic, you can see a wisp of green at the bottom, which is the bottom of the flower stem that's pulled around to the other side of the backdrop - I love little things like this! Super fun piece of very early history from Kobuki!
