This is definitely one of the top few most beautiful marbles I've ever seen James create, and I've seen hundreds upon hundreds of his works by now. This one is just jaw dropping, staggeringly gorgeous, with a VERY rare color combo!! I've only seen a few in this color, and those were from years ago when this one was created (2011). It is done in James' Portland Psychedelic style, however, the entire base color is covered in that stunning yellow-gold dichro that just POPS in hand. Various cane and cane chunks are then laid over top to create a mesmerizing array of light-catching color. Some of those cane pieces are magical. Take a close look at the pics, and then be prepared to fight the urge to buy it. But hey, just give in - you'll be so glad you did, trust me on this one! Signed 'Alloway 2011 79".
