These tart ornaments are rare pieces from the Hulets that they made back in the later 2000's, and I seen very few of them around. It's such fascinating glass, I have no idea how they make them and do it so nicely and so controlled. The glass looks almost like frosting, ha. These pieces are back with felt. This piece has a Hulet Glass tag on the back with the year 2009.
