Gerry and his wife Pat were some of the earliest marble makers to incorporate the use of a sphere grinder into the production of their marbles. They put all different kinds of millifiori cane together into fun patterns, and then shaped a chunk of cane into a marble, giving us unique designs not produced by anybody else. This one has some nice flower milli, and I especially like how the center is mostly clear, with a thin black stringer going through it. He ground a C into the marble to sign it, which you can see upside down on the right in the first pic. A historic marble for any collection!
