This is possibly the most iconically American marble you will ever find, featuring Chris' incredible murrine image of General Westmoreland, aka 'Westy', who was crucial to American victories in World War II and especially Vietnam. Chris' image, complete with American flags surrounding Westy, is one of the nicest images Chris has ever created in my opinion. The capture is spot on, and the detail is just awesome. Chris took a piece of the Westy cane and rounded it out in the sphere machine, giving us really killer lines and features in the marble. These are my absolute favorite marbles from Chris! The images on the reverse sides end up being mirror images which is sooo cool. VERY historic and special marble, incredibly rare, and might be one of a kind as far as the only sphere ground marble of this image I know of.
