Outer collar (crown) - Blue Flamed Stainless Steel, Inner - Stainless Steel. This is a gorgeous top in hand! There are a few tiny spots where the flaming on this one appears to be wearing off on the crown, but in hand in natural light you can't see those spots at all and you just see the purplish iridescence of the blue flaming. However, I've still marked this one down 30% since it's not perfect.
