In addition to shooting studio shots of many of the species and select hybrids
at the Smithsonian I was able to shoot some shots from their Cymbidium greenhouse
where they have a large selection of "showy" cymbidium hybrids. One of the things
I've been looking at is getting higher resolution and/higher quality images for
LARGER prints. This is a composite of three shots so the original trimmed up is
now a 15 megapixel image. I used PTGui to combine the images and then finished
the shot in PS CS3.
