Zion NP

East of the Tunnel, Zion NP, Utah

This is a shot taken on Hwy 9 about a mile east of the tunnel.
It was a spectacular day with an abundance of subjects.

I'm just back and recovering from a redeye flight back, so I
promise to post several more shots tomorrow. I just wanted to pass
a heartfelt thanks to pbaser Dan Ng, and my two instructors at Zion
David Muench and Rod Barbee for recommending such great locations to
visit and shoot. I have several gigs to go through in the next few days.

I have always been fascinated by the wind erosion at that site. You did quite well with it. rich colors and shadows. I assume your exif is set for east coast time?
