27th - Who's An Even Prettier Boy Then?

near Temple Guiting, Glos. view map

Poor Smokey - a chance to show off in the lovely winter's sun this morning up near Temple Guiting but instead he's faced with the ignominy of sporting a pink numnah for the two hour duration of the fun ride.

No wonder he's closed his eyes, maybe he hopes it'll have magically disappeared and been replaced by the masculine blue of his more usual attire...

Edit: just noticed the blinkin' thing's got *hearts* on...

Poor Smokey, he does look embarrassed. Wonder how long two hours feels in horse time. :)

Does he wear a tutu too? :)

It's OK Smokey, when a woman is involved, guys often do dumb things. Nice shot, Doug.

How embarrassing! Poor Smokey.

I think he just noticed the hearts too! He should think himself lucky he has black hoof protectors - I don't think I have seen them in pink!

Poor lad, he'll develop a complex!

Lol, he does look a bit miffed.

LOL - terrific! BV

Pink is the new blue. It goes very well with grey and shows that he is comfortable with his masculinity.

Hehe, if you leave it lying around he'll trample it!!

Oh well, he'll be getting in touch with his feminine side.

LOL! Perfect for your daughter though. I'm sure he will do it for her. :)

cutesy blanket or not, it looks a great day for a canter, and the rider is ready to go..
