Having endured a relatively healthy and pain-free youth, middle-age is catching me up with avengence...nothing serious thankfully, but the body is beginning to complain rather too frequently for my liking

alas it`s the beginning of a downward spiral into various aches, pains, and conditions...thank goodness the meds are available though...additional help comes from a daily walk, and of course a daily pint of Guinness..
