Rusty

Cheltenham, Glos

Another shot of the decaying state of my bike, this time of the bar-ends - my first thought when I saw the photo was "blimey, the kids left something over from last night's barbeque!!". I really should do something about it...

I wouldn't put any weight on these bar ends, Doug...get the thing re-cycled.

Must be really old. Awesome textures and color.

Don't use that bike!!! It is dangerous. Great detail.

Looks like your bike is decomposing. You must be spending too much time with your camera. great shot though. I can hardly tell what it is.

I just can't get enough rust. The texture of rust is just amazing and you have captured it perfectly here.

I think that it will fall apart if you try to ride it! Cool image but poor bike!

WOW you must hate cycling.
Fine rust composition.

Time for a trade-in, methinks!! Fine grunge shot, though :)

And you *ride* that thing? ;-)
pkocinski21-Jun-2009 19:35
Oh boy that is beyond "rusty"!
Earl Misanchuk21-Jun-2009 18:49
A specimen like that should be framed and hung on a wall. Not the photo--the rusty piece itself :-)
Kevin Chester21-Jun-2009 18:48
Don't think the wd40 is going to sort that out
