My wife and I spent two weeks in Korea in September 2012. It was our first trip back in many years and we were surprised at the many changes. But the historic structures were mostly unchanged if present in the 1960s, when I saw them on my first trip there. For comparison, see my album from 1964. Some places, such as the fortress at Suwon were almost completely re-constructed since my first visit. Tourist in increasingly large numbers are visiting the fasicinating country.
