Setophaga ruticilla
I stopped and looked around when I saw a flock of small birds cross the road in front of me while I was driving on North Cablegate Road just south of Tinsley Road, in the Etoniah Creek State Forest. The little birds didn't hang around long and this was the best shot I could get.
