When I moved to San Diego in '87 , all my friends from Az. would come visit and they all wanted to go too TJ . I had one rule ; upon entering Mexico , there would be no taxis , we would walk in , under the bridge and thru the streets to see what happens to the children , DAILY ! Beautiful photo ! muy triste !
