This was when Charlie Binkley drove #25, the Fall City Special, which was owned and sponsored by JB Cook Distributing Co. Charlie was a member of the Fall City Beer Racing team, along with Darrell Waltrip #48 and James Hamm was on this team for a short time period as well.

JD was my step dad and I grew up in the garage and pits during those years. I babysat Charlie Binkley's youngest son, little Charlie, who suffered from Downs syndrome. He had two older sons, Ronnie and Donnie Binkley.
