If you catch Lake Park on the right day and with the right conditions the trees are literally dripping with Warblers. The park is a magnet to migrants like Warblers. After a long night a flying the park is a large wooded expanse in the middle of an urban area where they can eat and rest before another night of travel. The best day I have seen so far was May 8th 2007 where I counted 27 Warbler species.
