feeling better now...

on sunday i fell ill, on monday the doc thought it was meningitis, on tuesday it was downgraded to a urinary tract infection thank goodness, the idea of a lumbar puncture worried me a little!!

the best thing about a uti is when it is over, you feel like a million bucks ( and as soon as you start the meds, youre on your way.........it doesnt even take 24 hours to be back to your old self)...........the worst thing about it is...........having it!

Glad you are better! Meningitis is dangerous...old fiance had it and it almost killed him! Glad it wasn't that. Take care and try to get rested up, okay?

Been there too, doc sent me to hospital, prescribed paracetamol and told it was just a bad headache and a temperature.. they still stuck a three inch needle in my arm and left it there tho! Glad you're feeling better, phew!

Oh, a lumbar puncture is not painful and very safe! Hope you are better! Looks like you got good stuff, drinks, hankies and class literature to while away the sick hours! Get well soon! x
