Residential buildings constructed in the 1950's after WWII are typically 4-storeys without lift.
Six-storeys blocks are more common in the early 1960's.
The broken concrete slab on the first floor is once an illegally constructed balcony which has been demolished by law enforcement.
The landlord, of course, has to reinstate the external wall.
