The official start of fall is near. It still is warm and feels like summer some days. Warm enough for taking a lake side photo session. But the signs of fall approaching can no longer be ignored. For example, the dragonflies are out in force to play their mating games, and the leaves begin to turn color. Any grassy areas without irrigation are bone dry. They haven't seen any real rain in months and will have to wait a bit longer before the winter rains arrive.
