The starting images for the digital paintings in this gallery are screen snapshots of various visualizers in the MS Windows Media Player and of a music visualizer that came with my old Sony Vaio computer. The Sony visualizer uses Photoshop-like layering, effects, and blending with my own photos. I tend to use several snapshots from one or both visualizers. The painting effects are mostly done with Caorel Painter. Pre- and post-processing as well as effects and layering are mostly done in Photoshop.
