Snakes

We have a family of snakes living outside my window. This is their story.

Those snakes are definitely members of the genus Thamnophis, or garter snakes. Knowing where in the US you live would help us identify the exact species, but you certainly do not need to fear them as they are non-venomous colubrids.

I think that you should take photos of a wider range of snakes than just the specimen of the appartment snake

I cannot identify the snakes on your pictures, but I can say this. If you live in the United States, then those snakes are not venomous, or at least they are not native venomous snakes.
