Photo-a-Day (or PESO - Photo Every So Often)

Enjoying the passion of photography has also heightened an awareness that were there not beautiful or interesting things to "capture," life would be painfully dull. Thank God for sharing with us the mystery and miracle of light, shadow, color, reflection, shape and surprise. I might be the one who presses the shutter, but I can certainly not be credited for what appears in the frame. It exists independent of me and I'm simply the lucky one who happens to freeze it in the one moment I have to see what's before me.

This is a fascinating and very visually appealing gallery, Nancy. I particularly like the variety of the situations and compositions. Your PP work does a great job of enhancing the dream-like atmospheres of many of the images. Look forward to seeing more. V!

A wonderful gallery. I appreciate how you drew out so many interesting shapes, colors, and lighting effects with your tight compositions and judicious use of digital enhancements. So many interesting artistic values and choices reflected in your images(including the choice to do the leg work, to get out there to where the images exist) that it all can't be just luck.
