Since it was started at the Wheeler WIldlife Refuge, the Junion Duck Stamp program has gone National. The 2011 Alabama contest was held and a winner was selected to represent the State of Alabama in the National Judging event. Congradulations to the winner for this year and the hard work the judges did in the process of finding a State representative among several hundred contestants from Grades 1 to 12 in the Alabama School systems.
