The Observation Pond and the "Valley" was blanketed with dense fog this morning. Visibility was less than the length of a football field. BUT, a couple of good photos and a whole lot of marginal ones tested the photographer's knowledge of waterfowl markings as well as pulling somesort of an image from the gray mist covering the wetlands of the Refuge.
