Now that Summer is here the Refuge's Visitors Center conducts a youth day camp from 9am to 2pm for various ages on specific dates...(schedule is on this galleries homepage. These camps allow our youth to experience those fun things that were done by "kids" in a different time of our Country's history as well as understanding the balance of life in a natural environment and a few bits of woodsmanship to use when in a strange natural environment. Each day camp is slightly different than the previous one.
