Today at the Refuge's Welcome Center....the Fawn Activity Program was held. "Fawn" stands for Forestry Awareness Week Now. During the day busloads of 5th, 6th, snd 7th grade students from Morgan County attend forestry class stations to learn about Forestry, Wildlife, Forest Industry, Soil Conservation, Plant life, and our Eco-Systems. Each County in this State has a Fawn program which teaches the fture young men and women in either the Spring or Fall Season.
