Spring has "sort-of" arrived with showers and thunderstorms. In a few days it will be May, but now the water species are ready to lay their first hatch of eggs, the early flowers are now blooming, and the seasonal song birds are arriving. Even the young Ospreys are starting new nests with eggs laid. A great time to begin exploring the service roads and trails within the Refuge.
