Special NOTE: Due to the upcoming wet weather front, the annual meeting and tour has been postponed from January 21st to January 28th... plan to attend. And, use the 21st as a preview day at the Obserbation Building at the Visitors Center since the bird population is really good there even on a rain day.

Don't forget that the annual WNR members meeting with a tour of the closed portions of the Refuge's waterfowl area. To reserve space (limited vacancies) call the Visitor Center. Many of the birds viewed this date will most likely be in the area and you may be fortunate to get a photo of the birds on the various observation stops during the tour.
