Boats beginning to assembly near BeauxPoint for the 4th of July Annual Fireworks Program. (Normally 400 boats or better to view the event from the water.) This year no photos of the fireworks since a "lady" Mallard is sitting on 4 eggs in the spot where the normal photos are taken..............but still the Evening Star under the running lights of the boats is a peaceful and wonderous image and the life the little lady brings into the world in a few days will be worth the lack of photos since it will be a daily joy to watch the little ducklings scamper about.
