The young eaglet is quickly moving into the "immature" stage of growth....with one exception. The young bird will flap his wings and jump up and down but will remain in the nest. To encourage it to get out on a limb and begin the preparation for flying, the adults are not feeding the eaglet as much and are sitting our on a tree branch. The adults do not acknowledge the eaglet but rather hide in the branchs trying to coax the young one to get out on a perch. Soon, very soon the "wee-one" begin flying so the adults can bring food to a "perch tree" until they teach him to fly and hunt.
