Bass Boaters ignoring no-wake makers are subject to being stopped by the Alabama Water Police. Then the boats will be mandatorily inspected fully for safety, contriband, and use violations.....and the a healthy series of opertioan violation tickets issued. Court costs per violation can easily exceed $125.00 plus the violation costs added to them. (The no-wake marker (at the far left of the photo) is the white bouy with the red markers which are used to mark the beginning and end of the restricted area.) It is unknown what citations were issued to the operator of this boat.
