This photograph is a cropped version of another one on this gallery, the background has been blurred so that the emphysis is on the velvet covering on the whitetail deer's antlers. Please note, Deer within the Refuge were all in the dense brush for the day and this one was located a short distance from where they normally graze but within another protected area and easily within traveling distance to WNR property.
