Gracie and her mate are back for another season. (Short History: Gracie is the Osprey in the photo. She was named "gracie" {shot for "Graceful") because it took several years for her and her mate to construct a nest on a TVA tower in the Refuge so it would not be blown down by the wind. Last year the Osprey couple produced their first osprey after building the proper nest. Hopefully this year Gacie will once again prove her worth in Motherhood and improving her nest with fresh limbs and such. It is a happy moment when she enters your life for another season.
