Alabama Brown Pelican

This "fella" showed up in the front of BeauxPoint on the early on the 4th and is still flying and fishing the lake. Interesting how a single Brown Pelican can be at least 300 miles off the Gulf Coast and from it's normal travel range. In the Fall White Pelicans stop for a day between migratory travels, but this guy seems happy to be off white sandy beaches of the Coast.
